We only offer replacement for goods for issues under certain circumstances, no refunds.

Exchange Policy:

At Prachiti Fashion Avenue, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Every single piece is designed & produced in Prachiti Fashion Avenue goes through stringent quality checks. You can see our size chart in the respective product page before making a purchase to avoid hassle for exchange. 

Please review our exchange policy for a smooth shopping experience:

  • Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item is eligible for an exchange request only once.
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping (sending courier and its charges) for exchange.
  • Customers need to Email their reason for exchange on contactprachitifashion@gmail.com 
  • Items sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.
  • Reason for exchange could be any of the following (wrong size, wrong item, defective item).
  • Customer need to inform us within 2 days of receiving the product for exchange if in case of above mentioned reasons.
  • Customer need to attach photos in Email mentioning the reason that could be (wrong size, wrong item, defective item). 
  • For defective item received, customer should share the unpacking video on Email.
  • Proof of purchase (order details) is required for exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original packaging with tags are eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability (size/ style).
  • No refunds are provided for exchange.
  • Upon receiving the mail from customer. We will examine the issue and if found legit then we will share our postal address to courier the item to us for exchange.
  • For all self-shipped couriers for exchange, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • During self-shipping, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • We will notify you on the approval or rejection of your exchange which is subject to careful examination of returned item received at our end.
  • Prachiti Fashion Avenue team holds the right to not accept exchange in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  • If the quality check fails the product will be reshipped back to you.
