At Prachiti Fashion Avenue, we collaborate with third-party logistics service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of our premium products to our valued customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

• We offer free shipping nationwide (PAN India).
• Before making payments, users will be prompted to provide a shipping address. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the provided information, including sufficient landmarks for address identification.
• Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.
• Customers need to mention full postal address with area PIN code.
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
• Estimated delivery time can be 5 - 8 business days and may vary depending on location.
• Prachiti Fashion Avenue will not be held liable for any delivery failures due to incorrect user-provided information.
• No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• A maximum of 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the customer remains unavailable after three attempts, Prachiti Fashion Avenue reserves the right to cancel the order and deduct courier charges approx INR 200 from the purchase price to be refunded.
• No COD is offered, only prepayment.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
